Gene-EcoR1-F

This is the primer we added to the gene in order to make it be successfully cut by the EcoR1 restriction enzyme. The original sequence contains the wrong restriction site that cannot be fully cut and transferred to the plasmid. So we employ this primer with a specific restriction site to solve this problem.
